Description
This progressive air-oil distributor consists of a mixing plate attached to our distributor ref. 337XX43.
The progressive distributors are of the piston type, which make a clean and exact distribution of lubricant.
The progressive distributor takes its name from the fact that the supply of lubricant to the greasing points occurs in progressive order.
This progressive offers high versatility due to its modular design, it allows interchanging the lubrication modules depending on the amount of lubricant needed, allowing a single unit to have several ranges of flow rates.
The inlet of the lubricant is made from the block of the progressive distributor ref. 337XX43, while the air inlet and the air-oil mixture outlets are carried out from the lower mixing plate 338XX43, when the lubricant enters it acts on the first plunger causing its movement, which forces the displacement of the following plungers, providing flow to the mixing plate and therefore to the outlets, causing its progressive and continuous displacement as long as there is a supply of lubricant from the inlet.
The blockage of a single plunger due to a lack of lubricant leads to the blockage of the entire distributor. The solution simply consists of adding a detection system to a single plunger in order to control the entire progressive.
Installation
They always need to be installed in a progressive pumping system, whether primary or secondary distribution, the lubricant can be entered from a pressure pump or from another progressive, when it acts as a secondary progressive, proportionally distributing the flow received between the enabled outlets. The exits are enabled from inside, plugging the exits that are of no interest.
