Pumping and distribution groups

Air-oil pumping and distribution groups with different execution possibilities to adapt to the type of equipment to be lubricated. Specially designed for the steel industry.

The air-oil pumping and distribution units manufactured by NORTEK can be supplied in different configurations according to customer needs:

• All-in-one equipment. These systems are supplied as a single system in which the power unit is combined with the air-oil mixing, distribution and control unit. The number of outlets will depend on the points to be lubricated. They are units especially suitable for fixed installations such as simple laminating boxes.
• Independent power units with separate mixing and control cabinet. In these systems the power unit that supplies the oil to the main line is separated from the air-oil mixing, distribution and control units. This type of configuration is ideal for installations with a large number of points and long distances. It is a common installation in flat rolling mills with several rolling stands.
• Independent power unit with independent dispensers and distributors. This type of configuration comprises a power unit that supplies pressurized oil to different dosing and air-oil mixing elements. In this configuration, the distribution elements are not inside a control cabinet but are distributed throughout the installation. It is a type of installation especially suitable for installations with a large number of lubrication points and long distances, such as rolling mills for long products.
