Description

Filter elements are installed in the housing of our filters and take over the actual work of filtration and dewatering as the "core" of the filter. Our filter elements guarantee a high degree of cleanliness of the lubricant, therefore we can ensure a high durability of bearings, bearings or any lubrication where they are working.

Design and principle of operation

Nortek high-performance metallic filter elements have been designed to work with the most adverse conditions. They consist of several folded reinforcement and filtration layers that are arranged in a circle around the perforated mesh support tube. Thus we achieve a filtering surface that enables us to work with high flow rates.

Its design allows its disassembly for cleaning and maintenance, thus taking advantage of the maximum performance of these elements.

Installation

The installation of this type of filter elements is carried out in Nortek filter bodies ref. 269XXXXXX and they must always be mounted so that the fluid enters through the internal tube and exits through the external mesh, that is, its operation is from the inside out.
