Emulsion systems are an important part of rolling mills.
NORTEK designs and manufactures emulsion equipment for iron laminations.
We can supply all the necessary equipment as well as detailed engineering for the installation and interconnection of equipment.

The scope of supply ranges from detailed engineering to the complete supply of all snow-covered remains for proper operation. Deposits, pumping groups, filtration systems, refrigeration and pressure, flow and temperature controls. Also supply of the entire oil and demineralized water dosing system.
Nortek's tank manufacturing technology allows us to optimize the size to achieve the maximum possible volume with the smallest footprint. The interior design of the tanks allows optimal fluid circulation throughout the tank to avoid dead zones without circulation. This interior design facilitates cleaning.
We have experience supplying large tanks in a single piece or manufactured in modules to facilitate transport and subsequent final assembly on site.
We can integrate our magnetic filtration systems within the tank reducing the overall footprint of the equipment.
The supply of the different equipment that makes up an Emulsion system and order supply loose or grouped by benches to reduce installation work on site.
Thanks to our design capacity, we can also supply all the detailed engineering for the manufacture of pipes on site.
