The DRYPOINT® RS HP

compressed-air refrigeration dryer has been specially developed for applications in which compressed air must be dried efficiently at pressure ranges of 45 bar/ 50 bar. This is frequently the case when manufacturing PET bottles but also for starting up diesel units or with geological bore drilling machinery. The refrigeration dryer provides maximum safety and reliability with minimum energy consumption. The integrated BEKOMAT® safely drains the condensate that is produced and with no unnecessary loss of compressed air. The sophisticated, flow-optimised design of the stainless steel plate heat exchanger ensures low resistance compressed air flow. Low energy consumption with very stable pressure dew point is also ensured by optimised refrigeration compressor technology.
