Description
The dosificadores are lubrication elements designed for two simultaneous supply lines, one of them being pressurized and the other depressurized. The lubrication cycles are alternated thus dosing an adjustable amount of lubricant in each cycle.
Design and principle of operation
Designed in aluminum and bronze alloy EN 1982 – CuAl10Fe5Ni5-C, resistant to seawater in the worst conditions, even those on the surface that are much more oxygenated.
Each dosing unit is made up of a servo piston (A) and a servo (B). The movements of the piston illustrated in fig. 1 shows the operation of the dispenser alternating the feeding of the lubricant when it enters through line 1 or when it enters through line 2,
The supply is made with the two separate outputs, but there is the possibility of internal communication of the outputs, unifying in a single output, thus doubling the flow. Being internal communication, we offer the advantage of avoiding fittings and external piping, thus favoring a clean installation.
Facility
They are located in double lines throughout the entire installation in the areas closest to the lubrication zone. The number of dispensers to install depends on the length of the installation and the points to be greased.
Line 1 dosing installation
The grease or oil coming from the pump through line 1 is introduced under pressure into the valve; It moves the servo, making way for the injector, moves it in the same direction, fills the entire chamber with lubricant and, at the same time, injects the lubricant stored on the side opposite the lubrication point.
Line 2 dosing installation
When all the pistons of the installation have moved, the pressure in the pump and inverter reaches the one that was regulated and determined, then the inverter changes to line 2 and leaves line 1 in return, where the pressure drops to zero. The pump through line 2 introduces the lubricant into the dosing valve and moves the injector, lubricating on the opposite side.
